Musician, sound designer and collector. Born in 1975, married, 1 child, licence B, independent author, I live in Rennes. MIDI interfaces and programming, virtual instruments, sampling, taking field sounds, many instruments acoustics, objects or sound toys feed my research in Pushing and breaking down music practices the use of recent technological tools. The thousands of original sounds are recorded according to my captures, travel and instrument acquisitions. I particularly explore instrumental acoustics with extended techniques: prepared instruments (magnets, silk paper or aluminium, springs...), singing in guimbards and flutes, rollover (noise instruments / musicalized domestic or industrial objects), interverting techniques, associations-hybrids instruments. Over time, such as cabinet of curiosity, my space is also filled with collections of ancient prints, discs, machines, sound objects from here and elsewhere, ancient or who come to feed my daily practice. I share my know-how since 1999 on stage, in studio or elsewhere with artistic directors, designers, designers, metalmakers and stage, graphic designers, developers, musicians, sound engineers, architects, designers, scriptwriters, scriptwriters, writers, historians and students.
