BIRGÉ - GORGÉ
Around Défense de
GRRR 3031 online, 1971/1976

*
First Défense de sessions with Birgé and Gorgé took place from March 25 to April 2, 1975. Sessions with Shiroc were recorded August 13 & 14.
These pieces might be recorded before and after the sessions published in LP (their first LP GRRR reiisued by Fauni Gena / Wah Wah and as a CD+DVD by Mio Records), before the foundation of Un Drame Musical instantané. They express their self discovery of their own experimental work.

The day after the last take of Défense de by Birgé Gorgé
before they meet Shiroc.
"When we reissued LP Défense de on CD, Meidad Zaharia asked me to find anything by the same band, sounds or pictures. I thought I got it all when we published June Sessions with Shiroc, 6 hours and a half which are on the DVD together with my film La nuit du Phoque. Since then, I found color slides taken by Thierry Dehesdin and a few pieces I had forgotten, specially the ones before we met Shiroc." JJB
